How are my items shipped?

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Generally, customer orders are delivered by USPS or FedEx. Frames and other oversize items are shipped with FedEx.

When should I expect to receive my order?

We will make every effort to process your order in one business day. Delivery time averages 3 to 6 business days once your order leaves our warehouse. International orders can take up to two weeks.

You will receive an email confirmation the day of the shipment. The email will include a link to the carrier's website where you can track your shipment order online.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

Yes we do! For faster delivery select the Expedited Shipping option. Delivery will be guaranteed within two business days. Order must be received no later than 2:00 pm central time for same day processing. Remember to allow time for our crew to process your order. Planning ahead will help us meet your expectations.
